Excitement Grows as Axie Infinity Launches ‘Homeland’

NFT game giant, Axie Infinityannounced the alpha release of Axie Infinity: Homeland. Bringing fans of the franchise the long-awaited first chance to interact with the coveted Land NFT.

Axie Infinity Homeland is the latest in a long line of Axie developments this year. Back in August, the company will roll out Phase 3 of its out-of-the-box Origin project, aiming to enhance player benefits and experiences on the platform.

How to start Homeland?

First, players lead Axies to establish a thriving settlement on the beautiful planet of Lunasia. You can then equip native adventurers with armor supplies and weapons to defeat the monsters.

Alpha releases are available on the Mavis Hub for both Mac and PC users. However, at the moment, only landlords can participate in the action. To join, users simply visit her Mavis Hub, install the client, and start building immediately. As a result, Homelands offer opportunities to explore land parcels, collect resources, build settlements, trade with other landowners, and more.

Per Axie: “During Season 0, the top players who reach the highest rank on the Homeland Leaderboard will receive a special title. Go down in history.”

Ultimately, Axie Infinity Homeland is still in its early stages of development. This first release is an opportunity for Axie to gather feedback for further enhancements in the future.
