UK-based tech startup unlikely to close military metaverse project SkyralA very complex idea was easier to theorize than to implement, so the company had no choice but to cut losses.
The move is a major blow to the Metaverse community, whose proponents believed that supporting the military-industrial complex was one of the ideal use cases.

According to Improbable co-founder Herman Narula, idea The idea behind Skyral was to build military simulators like the popular Arma series at scale. The technology will then be licensed to the US and UK militaries to train them in simulated environments.
