Following the release of First Access Passes and the drop of digital apparel, the launch of Web3, MNTGE, We took our fashion line one step further by releasing physical apparel. Known as the “Fruits & Veggies jeans drop,” this new collection showcases vintage his jeans with embedded NFT-linked NFC tags.

The drop took place on April 26th and featured 100 pairs of vintage Levi’s denim jeans upcycled by startup co-founder Sean Wotherspoon. Initially, the presale was only available to passholders who could purchase jeans for as little as $200. After the pre-sale period ended, non-owners were able to purchase the jeans, but at an additional cost of $50.

The future of MNTGE is digital and physical

MNTGE says the drop also marks the launch of a physical apparel storefront called MNTGE Market. It allows the company to pursue broader objectives. He emphasizes that the company’s future lies in both the digital and physical realms.

Adler goes on to explain that everything the startup has done up to this stage was aimed at building a community of collectors within Web3. The company has already established a community, so it can proceed as follows. “Broad and culturally acceptable”

Each pair of jeans has an NFC tag from Web3 startup IYK sewn into the back of a Levi tag. Once scanned, buyers can claim free NFTs made with Polygon. This helps authenticate the originality of the apparel. Additionally, it provides prospective holders with additional benefits within the MNTGE ecosystem, such as access to token gate events and other experiences. Adler adds that IYK is also working on partnerships for his festival concerts where his NFT owners can enjoy exclusive privileges.

“We want you to go to a music festival and get a playlist. We want you to feel like you have special access and special seats.”

Startups, on the other hand, want the artists they choose to collaborate with to think. “They are thinking about the future and I am willing to work with MNTGE because their products are more like brands than merchandise items.”
