one land 7 days data shows that the total land market capitalization of 10 projects decreased by 6.92% to 711,829 ETH (or $1,225 million, -5.3%). Meanwhile, ETH fell 1.86% to $1,720.50.

In line with the downward trend of NFTs over the past few weeks, sales and transaction volumes dropped significantly last week for all projects except TOPIA and Arcade, which outperformed.

Larger projects stumbled, with Decentraland’s land cap dropping by 5.2% and The Otherside by 4.5%. The Sandbox fell just 1.4%, but it was still a tough week for the economy, with an average price of just 0.371 ETH and a top sale of just 1.2 ETH.
