Yuga Lab, Being such a well-known and successful brand in the NFT space, it inevitably becomes a target for hackers and other bad actors. Your account has been compromised by a hacker.
Did the hacker’s plan fail?
Sharing the news with fans, Yuga Labs quickly revealed that while MailChimp accounts were compromised, no assets, which are often the target of such attacks, were stolen.
We recently learned that Mailchimp, a popular email platform, had a data breach and our account was one of many compromised accounts. We’ve only used the service a few times and for limited purposes, but with due caution, we wanted to share what we know.

Furthermore, Yuga Labs said none of its data was exported and the only information stored in the account was related to a very specific email campaign. Typically, when a prominent account of his NFT project is compromised, the hacker tries to get the user to “mint” assets to access her NFT wallet. Fortunately, Yuga Labs said it will not be using this account to announce mints and will continue to monitor the situation.
